あつた蓬莱軒　神宮店
やっと行けました☆彡

名古屋名物と言えば、ひつまぶし！
ひつまぶしと言えば、蓬莱軒！

ちなみに私は、浜松で長く仕事をしていたので、うな重が好き！！
でしたが…
名古屋に住んで、ひつまぶしにもはまりました♪

と、言う事で熱田神宮は何度も行きましたが、蓬莱軒は何時も並んでて…
色々調べたら、昼より夜が並ばないと聞いて、17時行きました！！
駐車場は空いてたし、
並ばず店内に入れました♪

待つこと数分、
来ましたひつまぶし☆彡

一杯目は、そのまま
ひつまぶしの特徴で、細かく切られた鰻がホクホクで柔らかい♪
特製タレが染みてて美味い！

二杯目は薬味を乗せて…
ワサビが効いてて美味い！

三杯目はお茶漬けに…
コレまたタレが溶けて美味い♪

四杯目は好きな食べ方で！
私は薬味で食べました♪

あと、和菓子店とコラボして
作ったプリン！！
カラメルは醤油ベースの甘いので、
みたらし団子のタレの様な味。
いや、濃厚なプリンに合う☆彡

ひつまぶし、うまき、プリンを食べました♪

美味しかった！！！

当然ですが、
あつた蓬莱軒　神宮店は、
熱田神宮の目の前です。
食事の後に、参拝しても気持ちいいですよ？

参拝後でも美味しいですけどね♪

Nagoya specialty: Hitsumabushi
Atsuta Horaiken Jingu Branch
I finally got to go!
Hitsumabushi is a Nagoya specialty!
When it comes to Hitsumabushi, Horaiken is the place to go!
By the way, I used to work in Hamamatsu for a long time, so I love unaju!!
But…
I’ve been living in Nagoya and I’ve become addicted to Hitsumabushi.
So, I’ve been to Atsuta Shrine many times, but there’s always a line at Horaiken…
After doing some research, I found out that there are shorter lines at night than during the day, so I went at 5pm!!
The parking lot was empty,
I was able to enter the store without lining up.
Wait a few minutes.
Here comes Hitsumabushi☆彡
The first cup is just as it is.
The characteristic of Hitsumabushi is that the finely sliced eel is soft and steamy.
The special sauce is soaked in and it’s delicious!
For the second bowl, add some condiments…
The wasabi is effective and delicious!
The third bowl is ochazuke…
This sauce also melts and is delicious.
Enjoy the fourth cup any way you like!
I ate it with condiments.
Also, we collaborated with a Japanese sweets shop.
The pudding I made!!
Caramel is soy sauce based and sweet,
It tastes similar to the sauce used in mitarashi dango.
No, it goes well with rich pudding.
I ate Hitsumabushi, Umaki, and pudding.
It was delicious!!!
Of course,
Atsuta Horaiken Jingu store is,
It is right in front of Atsuta Shrine.
It feels good to pray after a meal, right?
It’s delicious even after worship.
